Il ministro alle amministrazioni: avanti con le regolarizzazioni
Roma, 28 apr. (Apcom) - Sui precari della pubblica amministrazione "non c'è alcun allarme sociale: chi aveva parlato di 300-400 mila unità è stato smentito". Ad affermarlo il ministro della Pubblica amministrazione, Renato Brunetta, in occasione di un'audizione in commissione Lavoro della Camera. Secondo il ministro "i soldi ci sono e anche i posti ci sono", ma è necessario adesso "non protrarre a tempo indeterminato con proroghe e moratorie la situazione di sofferenza di questi lavoratori: non è il caso di ulteriori moratorie che aprirebbero il fenomeno e lo renderebbero patologico". "Le difficoltà che esistono per avviare in tempi rapidi la regolarizzazione - prosegue il ministro - sono di tipo burocratico-amministrativo, ma ci sono condizioni per affrontare questa situazione, per cui - sottolinea - non c'è nessun allarme". Il ministero della pubblica amministrazione, aggiunge, "si è proposto di dare una mano a fare i concorsi e a esplicitare le procedure di regolarizzazione. Il ministro spiega quindi che "i processi di regolarizzazione sono stati fatti bene e in abbondanza dalle amministrazioni. Potrebbero continuare a farlo perchè i soldi ci sono, ma non si capisce - dice il ministro - perchè non lo fanno". E rivolgendosi direttamente agli enti pubblici afferma: "Prendeteli, oppure dite che non li volete più". E' importante, conclude il ministro, "non protrarre a tempo indeterminato con proroghe e moratorie la situazione di sofferenza di questi lavoratori. Le moratorie deresponsabilizzano, mentre il governo è dalla parte dei lavoratori flessibili". Per quanto riguarda la norma proposta dallo stesso Brunetta e contenuta nel ddl lavoro (collegato alla Finanziaria) all'esame del Senato che fissa a giugno prossimo lo stop alla regolarizzazione, il ministro spiega che "il collegato doveva essere approvato entro l'anno scorso, ma bisogna rispettare l'autonomia del Parlamento, se ritarda - dice - prenderemo ulteriori provvedimenti. Occorre accelerare nel modo migliore possibile i processi di regolarizzazione anche tenendo conto dei ritardi con cui il collegato sarà approvato". "Al momento - insiste Brunetta - l'unica norma che licenzia è quella del governo Prodi, altre non ce ne sono. I precari che saranno licenziati sono previsti soltanto dalla Finanziaria del governo Prodi perchè chi non sarà regolamentato entro il 31 dicembre di quest'anno cesserà di lavorare".
